Alongside our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, we put in place lean manufacturing initiatives. That means, among other things, making sure work space is free of disruptive clutter and organised for efficiency and productivity. It means ensuring every Falco Engineering employee is fully behind the company’s aim of excellence.
We believe everything, and everyone, has a place and a purpose. Safety is paramount. Staff morale is vital. Problems are either anticipated, or dealt with so they don’t happen again.
